My BlackBerry Pearl 8110 is Lighting Red IS IT BROKE?!?

I set a password on it and I forgot it....so I tried it agian on the last attempt and it seaid do i want to reset it i just attempted my password and the phone shut off! Now it lights up red and when i cut it on is says "reset" whent i push it turns off and repeat the same thing!!!

IS IT BOKE?!?!
