How do I tone down BRIGHT red hair?

So I dyed my hair last night and It's a little too red. I used Prell to get some of the red dye out but it still looks a little pinkish. I like my hair red and I know it's going to fade into a normal color in the next week but I'm hoping to speed up the process. Any suggestions on how to tone down the red?

Try to use a brown shade to tone it down a little. If you wash it too much to fade it it will just get pinkier.

I heard that the more you wash it the faster it will fade. Try that.
