i'm the same as you, red hair and freckles

i use a slightly tinted moisturizer and a very light-weight liquid foundation to start, it'll give your face a bit more colour if your quite pale, but wont fully cover your freckles, so you still look real, and not plastic, because no-one has a face that is exactly the same colour all over. Be very light with the application also.

Black mascara should be fine, it just takes a while to get used to if your used to having invisible eyelashes, maybe start with a brown/black colour.

I don't usually wear eyeliner so i cant help you much there, i have used it a few times, but only on my bottom lashes, cos i have a fringe. I had my school prom last week and my makeup artist put eyeliner just from the corner of my bottom lashes to about the centre were it faded away.

if your into eyeshadow, go with earthy browns, don't be afraid to play around to find the right colors. Bright colors, like pink, blue, and really dark blues, and black not to mention, look particularly bad, i think its the eyebrows ha ha.

you might find this useful, you might not, but i also put blonde and deep brown streaks through the top of my hair and have the underneatha deep chocolate brown. its still red, but has 'enhancements' and that'll help, the dark will bring your eyes out alot.

i've had my hair like this for 2 years, but really miss my old hair, so if you decide to colour, think about it alot! Because its very hard to get back

Hope this can help you

Your eyeliner may depend on your eye color. Experiment with what you like the best.
As for coverage, try a mineral powder foundation. You can control coverage more, and the mineral concealers are great on freckles. Plus, being 14, any oily foundations would cause acne, and I remember fondly before mineral foundations were affordable. My face was ucky.

Brown mascara
Brown eyeliner

Look up

"Make-up for Red-Heads"

I'm sure that there is a company that specifically has produts just for red heads
