Im dying my hair from my natural colour of chocolate brown to bright red!
I have brown eyes and fair skin, what make up will suit me as ive done it before and had to completely change eveything i wear!
I've been reading this book that teaches all the secrets of make up and says that if we have brown eyes we should use blue based eye shadows, and if you are going to use a very cool color like red, then try to use a very cool blue color, just remember not to over do your make up.
What make up suits red hair and brown eyes?
