this year for prom i want to go all out. im wearing a red dress and i have medium tan skin and light blue eyes,im thinking of going to clinique to get my makeup done by a professional but i would like to bring a picture or some ideas so they have something to go on. Any thoughts? i was thinking smoky eyes but if you have a better idea please share! thanks in advance.
