why is my skin always red?!?

ok true, my dad is pale. but my mom can tan! she's a tan person, ok? and even if she wasn't born tan she certainly is ABLE to. I'm not able to tan. Ok, I get that, but my skin is always weird color shades. When I'm cold, I'm purple. When I'm standing in one spot for too long, regardless of the temp, my legs turn purple with white spots. When I work out or move around, my skin turns RED. EVERYWHERE. This doesn't seem to happen to other people. Is my skin just transparent or something? I play sports, and I'm tired of people always telling me that I'm red.... I HATE IT. What's the deal?! Even my hands and arms turn red! Help!?! I'm the only sibling that has this deal... my sister and brother walked away with normal skin!
