no their isnt for sure. but myn started, before i got it, by the fans staying on alot of the time then all of the time till i finally got the ring of death.
but to send it back is so easy and got it back in a week, just remember not to send your hard drive with it, also when you send it back you get a free one month gold subscription card to live!
